Return and Refund Policy

At Safe Printing and Gifts, many of our items are custom-made, personalized, printed, engraved, embroidered, or created specifically for each customer. Because of this, all custom and personalized orders are final sale once production has started.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom apparel
  • DTF printed shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and other garments
  • Embroidered items
  • Sublimation products
  • Tumblers and drinkware
  • Laser engraved items
  • UV DTF decals and transfers
  • Personalized gifts
  • Special-order products

Please review all spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizes, and design details carefully before approving your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue, please email us at safeprintingandgifts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly due to our error, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Size and Color Disclaimer

Because many of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or customer ordering mistakes.

Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, garment material, or production method. We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once your order has moved into production, it cannot be cancelled, changed, refunded, or exchanged.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at safeprintingandgifts@gmail.com.

Non-Custom Items

If we sell a non-custom, ready-made product, it may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery as long as it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Safe Printing and Gifts reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions listed in this policy.
