Because many products are custom-made, product availability, pricing, production times, and design options may change at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, copyright concerns, offensive material, unavailable products, pricing errors, or production limitations.

Custom Orders and Artwork

Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, numbers, logos, artwork, sizes, colors, and order details.

By submitting artwork, logos, names, photos, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them. You agree not to submit copyrighted, trademarked, or protected material unless you have legal permission to use it.

Safe Printing and Gifts is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues related to customer-submitted artwork.

Design Proofs and Approval

For some custom orders, we may provide a digital proof or mockup before production. Digital mockups are for general placement and design reference only. Final colors, sizing, and placement may vary slightly depending on the product, garment, material, and production method.

Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment may be required before production begins. Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been received and accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, or refuse orders if incorrect pricing or product information is displayed.

Turnaround Times

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Custom orders may require additional time depending on product availability, artwork quality, order size, and production schedule.
